Season change
Reviewed on October 7, 2026
What changes when one season becomes the next?
When the season closes, the server freezes your league ranking. In Bronze, one accepted order moves you to Silver; without one, you stay in Bronze. Nobody is sent from Silver back to Bronze. A new world opens, with new cities to take.
Your level, Survivors, cities, and Credits restart with the new season. Your equipment, chests, implants, Cells, and Lieutenant entitlements stay on your account across Alpha seasons.
What does being inactive during a season mean?
You are inactive if none of your orders was accepted during the whole season, however long it lasted. One accepted order is enough to avoid it: attack, movement, spying, or rally.
Logging in is not enough. Upgrading a city, taking a skill, changing your equipment, acting in your faction, or sending a chat message are not enough either.
I was inactive: what do I lose when the season changes?
You leave your faction and start again alone. You earn no reward for that season, and it appears in your history as Inactive, with no rank.
You are not placed automatically in the next season: your league waits for you and you enter it when you return. It is still decided by the ranking, as it is for everyone. A reward earned in an earlier season remains due until that return.
