Data deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of the data associated with your use of the blackout-reborn.com site and the game Blackout: Reborn, developed by Spirit Forge (sole proprietorship, France). It complements our Privacy Policy.
Blackout: Reborn is currently in closed private testing and requires no account, email, or name: your device is identified by an automatically generated technical identifier (device-id). This page covers deletion of the data tied to that phase.
1. Object
You may request deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page describes how to do so and the exact scope of the deletion.
2. How to request deletion
Send your request by email to [email protected].
- Game data: since the game uses no account, include your technical identifier (device-id) if you have it. If you cannot locate it, provide any information that helps identify your data (platform, approximate play period) and we will help you find it.
- Waitlist email: send your request from the email address you signed up with.
Processing time: 30 days maximum from receipt of your request.
3. What we delete
- Your waitlist email, if you signed up.
- The game data associated with your technical identifier (device-id): progress and game state.
- The push notification token associated with your device.
4. What we cannot delete individually
- Usage and diagnostic data (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) is collected in aggregated, anonymized form; as it cannot be linked to an individual, it cannot be deleted individually.
- Technical server logs are kept for the minimum applicable legal and technical period, for security and diagnostics, then automatically purged.
5. Timelines
Deletion is completed within 30 days of receiving your request. A confirmation is sent to you by email once the deletion has been carried out.
