Blackout: Reborn is a game in development, offered as a closed private test. Content, features, and availability may change or be discontinued at any time.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this site or using the game Blackout: Reborn, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Nature of the test

The game is provided for private testing, "as is," with no guarantee of stability, availability, or data retention. Bugs, loss of progress, or resets may occur. You take part knowingly.

3. Conduct

You agree not to: cheat or exploit flaws, disrupt the service or servers, harass other participants, or attempt to access data not intended for you. Any abuse may result in removal from the test.

4. In-game items

In-game resources and progress have no real monetary value, are neither tradable nor refundable, and may be changed or reset during the test. No purchases are offered during this phase.

5. Intellectual property

The game, its code, graphics, brand, and content are the property of Spirit Forge. The test grants you no rights over these, beyond the right to use the game as part of the test.

6. Termination

Spirit Forge may suspend or end the test, your access, or the service at any time without notice, in particular in case of breach of these terms.

7. Liability

As the service is provided "as is" within a free test, Spirit Forge's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first.
